The retail opportunity at both Parkshore Plaza and 400 Beach Drive is managed by Beach Drive Retail, and affiliate of the Hamilton Partnership, LTD which owns the retail condominiums at both locations.

The Hamilton Partnership, LTD is a Florida limited partnership owned by members of the John M. Hamilton M.D. family, who obtained rights to the retail condominiums in both projects in exchange for the Beach Drive block between Fourth and Fifth Avenues NE. That land was acquired over the span of forty years, many of which it contained Dr. Hamilton's medical practice.

Parkshore Plaza and 400 Beach Drive are being developed by Opus South Development Corporation. Neither the Hamilton Partnership, LTD nor Beach Drive Retail is a partner or affiliate of  Opus South Developmet Corporation or any of the Opus Comapny subsidiaries or affilates.
